Cookie Cutter Fudge
Recipe Courtesy of Kaye VanderVorst1 ½ cups semisweet chocolate chips 1 cup peanut butter chips 1 can sweetened condensed milk 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened 1 tsp. vanilla Metal cookie cutters
Place each of the cookie cutters on a piece of foil. Seal the foil tightly around the outside of each cookie cutter and place on a cookie sheet.
In a 4 cup microwavable cup, mix chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, milk and butter.
Microwave uncovered on high for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until chips are almost melted.
Stir in vanilla.
Pour mixture into cookie cutters, filling to the top.
Refrigerate uncovered for about 2 hours or until firm.
Can decorate with icing and candies.
Carefully remove foil and place into gift bags or serve.
**Can also put in a square pan instead of individual cookie cutters.**
