Peppermint Fudge

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 Tbsp. butter + extra for buttering the dish
1 lb. dark chocolate chips/chunks
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. peppermint extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup Andes Peppermint Chunks


In a microwavable cup, mix the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and butter.

Microwave uncovered on high for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until chips are almost melted.

Stir in vanilla and peppermint extract and mix well.

Pour the mixture into cookie cutters using the instructions for Cookie Cutter Fudge or a square pan.

Sprinkle the Andes peppermint chunks on top.
