12/16/2013 Taco Dip
Recipe Courtesy of Kaye VanderVorst2 cans refried beans 1 jar Pace Picante Sauce 1 (12 oz.) container of sour cream 1 pkg. taco seasoning 1 pkg. shredded lettuce 1 pkg. shredded cheese (finely shredded works best) 1 can black olives, sliced
Mix refried beans and picante sauce together in a small bowl. Place as the bottom layer in a large dish.
Mix together sour cream and taco seasoning in a small bowl. Spread over bean layer.
Cover with shredded lettuce.
Next add a layer of shredded cheese and add sliced olives on top for garnish.
May also add chopped tomatoes or jalapeno slices.
