12/20/2017 Raspberry Sauce

4 cups fresh raspberries
¼ cup sugar
1 Tbsp. Framboise or orange liqueur
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Combine raspberries and sugar in a food processor. Process until pureed. Press through a fine sieve over a medium bowl. Discard solids. Stir in liqueur if desired and lemon juice. Chill.
