Spinach Cabrini

9 ounces linguini, broken into pieces, cooked al dente and drained
½ cup butter, melted
2 10 ounce packages frozen cut leaf spinach, cooked and drained
4 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
¼ pound mushrooms, sliced
2 cups sour cream
¼ cup diced onion
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper
dash of dried oregano

In large bowl, stir together all ingredients.
Place in a 9 X 13 casserole dish.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
(For a complete meal, you can add cubed chicken or turkey)
