Valley’s Holiday Trouble Reporting Procedures
Valley would like to remind you that if you are experiencing trouble after hours, or at any time for that matter, you must call our regular business office number at 437-2615 to report your trouble.
Valley is committed to providing you with the best service possible. In order to do this, we have established detailed procedures to accommodate your service problems and/or questions.
In order to meet your urgent needs after hours, our plant staff rotate on an on-call schedule, each taking their turn throughout the month. By calling our business office, our office staff or our after hours answering service, will contact the on-call technician to address your service issues. Please keep in mind that the on-call technician may not be located in your exchange area. Therefore, we request that you do not contact our service technicians at their homes, as they may be unreachable, out of the area for an extended period of time, or even on vacation! As a result, your service issue may not be resolved in a timely manner.
By contacting our business office or after hours answering service directly, your service issue will be addressed in the most efficient manner. In addition, a call to our business office will generate an electronic trouble ticket that can be used by our staff to track recurring problems and pursue different avenues of resolution.
