4-5 fresh or canned tomatoes
1 4oz can chopped green chiles
3 medium avocados, peeled and pitted
1 Tbsp. minced onion
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 tsp. fresh lime juice
If using fresh tomatoes, peel. Using a blender or food processor, blend tomatoes and chiles until smooth. In a small bowl, mash avocados with fork. Stir in tomato mixture and onion.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir in lime juice.
