Wild Rice with Roasted Red Peppers

1 cup raw wild rice
1/3 cup coarsely chopped almonds
1 can beef consommé
4 Tbsp. melted butter
½ cup roasted red peppers
½ cup green onions, chopped
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
¼ tsp. fresh ground black pepper
½ tsp. seasoned salt

Bring 5 cups water to a boil. Stir in rice, and then reduce heat so liquid is just simmering. Cover and cook until rice just begins to pop, about 40 minutes. Drain. Combine all the rest of the ingredients with the rice and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
