Lazy Stuffed Peppers

2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 pound ground beef
4 bell peppers, seeded and diced
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 (14.5 oz.) can chicken or beef broth
8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 teaspoons beef or chicken bouillon
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup white long grain rice
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
In a large skillet, brown ground beef with olive oil.
Add onions, peppers, and garlic.
Once peppers start to soften, drain.
Stir in tomatoes with juice, broth, tomato sauce, bouillon, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning.
Bring to a boil and stir in uncooked rice.
Return to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 25 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir, sprinkle with cheese, and replace lid.
Allow to rest covered about ten minutes.
