Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs

Place eggs in a large kettle.

Cover eggs with cold water.

Put cover on.

Turn burner on high, bring to a full boil.

Reduce heat to low.

Cook on low for 10 minutes.

Remove from heat. Drain.

Fill pan with cold water to cool eggs.

Once eggs are cool, they can be peeled.
