It is with heavy hearts we share the news of the death of Valley Telecommunications Cooperative Board President J. David Williams.
David was appointed to the Valley Board of Directors in the year 2000 to represent the members of the Ipswich Exchange.
David served as the Vice-President of the Board of Directors from 2004-2016, and most recently as President of the Board of Directors from 2016 until the time of his death.
